Claudia Ganazzoli

I graduated in law from the Bicocca University in Milan in 2015 and I was admitted to the Milan Bar Association and have been practising as a lawyer since 2019. I advise domestic and international companies in relation to a range of employment law matters and trade union relations, on both contentious and non-contentious cases. In particular, I assist with the drafting of employment-related documentation and contracts, I advise on personnel reorganisations, collective dismissals, the disposal/transfer of going concerns, non-compete undertakings and employment law litigation in general. I have gained experience working for some leading employment law firms.
