I am a partner at WI LEGAL, a practising lawyer, member of the Commission of Employment Law of the COA of Milan, expert in substantive and procedural employment law; I have gained experience in the field of railway transport and catering in essential public services, as well as occupational accident and welfare matters. I advise on the incorporation and employment regulation of start-ups and digital platforms. I am a member of the Association of Italian Employment Lawyers (AGI) and AIDP and a member of the Meritocracy Forum. I provide assistance and guidance on the approach and treatment of relationships with members of senior and upper management, as well as relationships with directors and board members regarding the establishment, execution and definition of the relationship, bonuses, incentives and shareholding treatments and intra- and intragroup compliance profiles.

What do you like about the work you do?
What I like most about my job is that it allows you to tailor your profession to your own inclinations. I love the topicality of employment law, the coexistence of individual and collective interests, the fluidity of the topics and, last but not least, the verbal, participatory and hyper-technical process. Labour law is a living subject that is constantly evolving in terms of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence.
