I am a partner at WI LEGAL, I am a practising lawyer, a legal consultant, and a lecturer in employment law and civil procedural law at the University of Milan. I deal with labour disputes at all levels, including against social security and welfare institutions. I assist companies in reorganisation and restructuring processes. I am a founding partner of “Contract Manager”, the first company in Italy to introduce the Contract Manager.

I think it is essential to be able to listen and when needed to identify the best solution for our clients. Constant study is very important, but so is the ability to resolve the problems that businesses inevitably come across.
