I am a founding partner of WI LEGAL. I am a practising lawyer and a legal consultant, with strong expertise and experience in the fields of logistics, large-scale distribution, and corporate restructuring and reorganisation. I have a PhD in employment and trade union law and I deal with trade union relations and company negotiations. I assist major companies looking to invest in growth processes via acquisitions and incorporations. I have been named 2025 Professional of the Year by Forbes Italy<\/strong>, an award that recognizes the excellence and impact of my professional work.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

I am passionate about all employment-law related issues and I carefully study the changes taking place in the world of work. I am a researcher and an innovator.
