I am a partner at WI LEGAL, I am a lawyer, a legal consultant and I manage the Litigation Division. I have a Master\u2019s degree in employment law and I deal with employment and social security law. I specialise in litigation and have extensive experience in both disputes between companies and employees and disputes with authorities and institutions, including Inps, Inail and Itl. As a legal consultant, I assist major companies operating in the logistics, retail and large-scale distribution sectors.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

I have been working with Gianluca Spolverato since 2003 and joining WI LEGAL was an important and proud moment in the development of my career. I have been passionate about employment law since university because I see it as constantly evolving over time, regulating an area that is an essential part of everyone’s life \u2013 the workplace \u2013 and it reflects changes in society, in technology and in modern life in general. Employment law encompasses change, the assertion of rights, the resolution of conflicts and the need to interpret ever-changing realities in order to achieve the common good.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
