I am a lawyer and legal consultant specialised in employment law, occupational health & safety and privacy law. I have gained particular experience in the field of occupational safety, in particular with reference to criminal law issues as well as regarding the preparation of organisational models required by Legislative Decree 231\/2001 and in the field of privacy and controls.
In terms of privacy, I am in charge of compliance with EU and national regulations and the fulfilment of obligations with the Privacy and Data Protection Authority.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
