We assist some of the leading couriers and transport companies in disputes<\/strong> involving their own employees and the employees of their suppliers and we have gained significant experience in advising on outsourcing processes<\/strong>, supporting companies involved in tenders, transfers and the leasing of companies and going concerns. We are able to support clients in relation to the selection of suppliers and in drafting and negotiating all the relevant contractual content<\/strong> (including operational aspects), as well as in relation to overseeing<\/strong> (contractual fulfilments and undertakings) suppliers and subcontractors<\/strong>. We carry out audits on behalf of large companies aimed at verifying supply costs and the fairness of the relevant remuneration levels, social security, welfare and tax obligations by the supplier.<\/p> <\/div>\n
