I am a lawyer and legal consultant, specializing in management of human resources and in assisting companies in redundancy procedures, both individually and collectively, as well as in corporate restructuring and trade union relations. Since the beginning of the profession, I have focused my attention on the management of labor relations, both employee and self employed and I have developed a long experience in the management of commercial agency contracts and networks of persons in charge of direct sales at the consumer’s home, ex L. 173/2005.
