In the tourism sector we provide consultancy to leading national and international hotel companies throughout the country. We take care of the management of human resources (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, dismissals), also in collaboration with the structure’s internal staff; negotiations with trade unions to solve problems of work organisation and to define second-level agreements; outsourcing of services and control of suppliers (cleaning, catering); training of human resources personnel. We are involved in buying and selling hotel structures, taking care of due diligence in labour matters for the assessment of risks in the field of work for those who buy or sell. In the catering sector we take care of the resolution of all problems in the management of personnel, and we follow the companies in the management of subcontract changes, in disputes with the institutions, in audits, in litigation and in managing any dispute with the employees.
