In the tourism sector we provide consultancy services to leading national and international hotel companies throughout the country. We take care of the management of human resources (recruitment, disciplinary procedures, dismissals), including in collaboration with the business’ internal staff; negotiations with trade unions to resolve issues concerning work organisation and to draft and negotiate company-level agreements; outsourcing of services and control of suppliers (cleaning, catering); training of human resources personnel. We are involved in the process of the acquisition and disposal of hotels, taking care of due diligence in labour matters to ensure a proper assessment of all employment-related risks and aspects in terms of the position of the buyer or seller. In the catering sector we oversee the resolution of all issues relating to the management of personnel and we advise companies with the management of subcontract changes, disputes with institutions and authorities, audits, litigation and with the management of disputes with employees.
