I am a practising lawyer specialising in trade union, employment and social security law. I have a PhD in employment law and industrial relations. I am a legal consultant and provide assistance to a number of major companies as well as employees directly, in particular upper management, providing both contentious and out-of-court advice. I assist executives and directors with contractual matters, including negotiating and setting up contracts and letters of appointment, delegations and powers of attorney, bonuses, incentives and MBOs.
