I am a legal consultant, admitted to practice before the Court of Appeal of Rome since September 2026. My professional practice focuses on two main areas of expertise: immigration law, with a particular focus on advising companies on the entry and regularisation of foreign workers in Italy and managing the related administrative requirements; and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), where I advise organisations on gender equality certification processes, inclusion policies and internal pay equity assessments, supporting them in fostering fairer and more inclusive workplaces.
