I am a practising lawyer and a legal consultant, with strong expertise and experience in the fields of logistics, large-scale distribution, and corporate restructuring and reorganisation. I have a PhD in employment and trade union law and I deal with trade union relations and company negotiations. I assist major companies looking to invest in growth processes via acquisitions and incorporations.

What do you like about the work you do?
I am passionate about all employment-law related issues and I carefully study the changes taking place in the world of work. I am a researcher and an innovator. I am interested in building improvement projects and steering companies and people in the process of transforming work. I am interested in spreading, writing and telling stories about work. I like to educate, teach, and contribute to spreading a new culture of work and enterprise inspired by the principles and values of dignity, respect, and inclusiveness.
