I am a lawyer and legal consultant. I have a Master’s degree in law and the economics of acquisitions and special finance transactions. I have acquired specific expertise in corporate law and provide assistance and contractual advice in the fields of distribution, agency, procurement and service provision, in relation to both domestic and international operations. I advise clients in relation to privacy law, with a particular focus on employment issues.
