I am a practising lawyer and a legal consultant with a PhD in fundamental freedoms in European and comparative law. I advise on employment law and immigration law, in particular in relation to international personnel working in Italy and Italian citizens employed abroad. I advise a number of major corporations engaged in the process of internationalisation, dealing with contracts for sending Italian personnel abroad, with social security and tax profiles and aspects, as well as issues relating to visas and permits for entry into countries around the world.
