William Castagnotto

I am a lawyer and legal consultant, specialised in employment law and civil law and I’m head of office in Trieste. I have gained experience in assisting with litigation and with providing legal assistance in enforcement proceedings. I oversee litigation proceedings in the field of agency, transport and service contracts. I advise clients in relation to their disputes with employees and suppliers, as well as inspections in the field of procurement, transport, and subcontracting. I take care of the judicial activities and of contributory recovery of the provident fund. I am national councillor of AIGA, the Italian young lawyers association.
