Margherita Scudellari

I am a lawyer and legal consultant. I have a Master’s degree in international trade and I have gained experience in providing assistance contentious and non-contentious advice in relation to of civil law issues, debt enforcement, bankruptcy law, and litigation with social security and labour institutions (Labour Inspectorate, Inps, Inail, Enasarco). In particular, I have gained experience of advising on agency-related litigation and on the contractual side of procurement, agency and distribution contracts.
