I am a lawyer specializing in criminal law. I represent corporate executives, professionals, and companies in criminal proceedings, including matters of national significance. Over the course of twenty-five years of professional practice, I have developed extensive expertise, with a primary focus on corporate crimes, liability in the healthcare and workplace safety sectors, and advisory services to companies. In my capacity as private defense counsel, I appeared before the Constitutional Court in case no. 24/2019, which, through a declaration of unconstitutionality, brought about a significant reform concerning the presumption of dangerousness and the application of personal and property preventive measures.
