I am a consultant specialised in international staff mobility. I advise companies involved in international mobility processes, in particular providing tailored assistance with the management of assignments of Italian personnel abroad and international personnel recruited and employed in Italy. I have gained experience in advising on international human resources management for a major Italian multinational company. I also advise corporations on a range of immigration-related issues, in particular regarding upper management and the training requirements for international personnel employed in Italy.
