I am a lawyer and legal consultant specialised in employment law. I was awarded the Marco Biagi Prize – 5th edition and have continued my professional path in the Employment Law Department. I provide day-to-day assistance to Italian and international companies on their employment-law needs for their operations in Italy, from drafting and negotiating contracts, bonus plans and arrangements, non-compete undertakings, retention arrangements, remuneration and bonus plans, advising on relations with senior management and board members, assisting with disciplinary and termination procedures as well as providing tailored guidance on individual and collective disputes, including relations with trade unions.
