Veronica Margotti

I am a lawyer and was admitted to the Bar in February 2021. I provide assistance to companies in relation to disputes and relations in general with employees and personnel, both contentious and non-contentious. I provide advice on the drafting, negotiation and management of employment contracts and other kinds of recruitment arrangements, including on salary, bonuses, non-compete undertakings as well as providing assistance with all termination/exit situations. I have completed training at the “Scuola di Alta Formazione AGI Luca Boneschi”, and a specialisation course in labour law at the University of Pavia.
