I am a partner at WI LEGAL, a lawyer specialising in employment and trade union law with significant experience in the retail sector, large-scale distribution and sports law (I am a member of the Serie A Football League Employment Law Commission), supporting companies. I have a PhD in civil procedural law. I collaborate with the Institute of Employment Law of the University of Brescia (where I am a lecturer in the Advanced Course in Employment Law). I am a member of the Italian Association of Employment Lawyers (I am also a lecturer at the “Luca Boneschi” School of Advanced Training in Employment Law) and the Italian Association of Personnel Managers (AIDP). I have written several publications on employment and trade union law.

What do you like about the work you do?
The aspect that really drives my passion for my profession is the possibility of resolving legal problems by trying to immerse myself into the organisational dynamics of companies so that I can really have a positive effect on a company’s organisation and ultimately development.
I joined WI LEGAL because in total alignment with the vision of Gianluca Spolverato, I truly believe we can achieve the project of creating a firm that provides innovative and practical assistance with the all-round management of human resources, embracing development, improvement and progress.
