I have gained significant experience in commercial law, assisting clients with their contentious cases, including arbitration and supervisory/watchdog requirements and sanctions, with particular experience in advising senior management on TV-radio rights and related cases. I provide advice on the repercussions on employment of privatisation and assess the full range of employment-related issues for the services, industry, insurance and banking sectors in particular. I advise on the management of relations with senior management and executives, as well as with board members and shareholders. I currently lecture on private law at the University of Bergamo at the Management, Economics and Quantitative Methods Department.
