I assist companies that are interested in improving their processes, by supporting them in their choices and decisions aimed at achieving continuous improvement. I have acquired experience in the direct management of various logistics platforms and the relevant human resources. The main focus of this activity is reducing waste, fostering and supporting active communications and identifying the added-value for clients. All from a Lean perspective.
