I am a partner at WI LEGAL. I am a lawyer specialised in employment law, both in consultancy and litigation. I have acquired significant experience in assisting Italian companies and multinational groups operating in the manufacturing sector (energy, engineering, life sciences) and services sectors (banking, insurance, large-scale distribution), where I have had the opportunity to deal with employment relationships under the traditional individual and collective profiles, including providing specialist advice in relation to reorganizations, restructurings, corporate acquisitions and business transfers.

What do you like about the work you do?
Employment law: it was love at first sight, it is a constantly evolving subject that allows us to give tangible content, adapting it over time, to the constitutional precept that the Republic is founded on work.
