Carla Ghitti

I am a lawyer and a legal consultant specialised in employment law and anti-discrimination law. I assist both Italian and international companies in relation to litigation and out-of-court cases, including regarding privacy-related issues. I have a PhD in employment law and industrial relations and since 2008, I have been collaborating with the Law and Economics and Management Department at the University of Brescia, carrying out research and teaching activities.
